Product Description
A polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) panel is one of the crystalline silicon PV modules, which is made from a square silicon substrate cut from polycrystalline ingots grown in quartz crucibles. The front surface of the polycrystalline silicon PV panel is covered with micrometer-sized pyramid structures (textures surface) to reduce reflection loss of incident light. The polycrystalline silicon PV panel can be categorized into normal polycrystalline silicon PV panels and half-cell polycrystalline silicon PV panels. Recently, the polycrystalline silicon PV panel is rare on the market. However, there is still a kind of polycrystalline silicon with an available size of 156.75 mm, which is widely used in residential and commercial solar power generation systems.
